Jordan Blatchley—
Jordan Blatchley is a singer/songwriter from Waterbury, CT. He is a self-taught guitarist who until recently had mostly written and preformed folk/pop songs solo or with various bands including: Leather Tie Night - electric guitar, vocals; The Circuit - bass, vocals. He started collaborating with Noemarch dance when he met Kate at an art opening in 2007. This was his first delve into the world of experimental dance music. Kate and Jordan have worked together on several projects including a performance for the New Britain Arts Alliance, and various other solo pieces, and also writing and performing music for Kate's class at Dance City and the Arts summer 2009 recital. Most recently Jordan has composed and recorded all of the music for the Noemarch piece "In place of blood (there was ice). He is currently enrolled in Middlesex University London to study Music & Arts Management this Sept. 2009.

Andrew Raffo Dewar—
Andrew Raffo Dewar is a composer, improvising saxophonist and ethnomusicologist who has performed internationally. Dewar has studied with legendary musician/composers Anthony Braxton, Bill Dixon, Steve Lacy and Alvin Lucier, holds an MA and Ph.D. in music from Wesleyan University, and has been involved with Indonesian traditional and experimental music since 1995. His work spans musical compositions for acoustic and electronic media, free improvisation, and scholarly writing on experimentalism in a global context. Dewar's music has been released by the Porter Records and Striking Mechanism labels, and he also appears on recordings by the Anthony Braxton 12+1tet and the Bill Dixon Orchestra. Mr. Dewar is Assistant Professor of Interdisciplinary Arts in the experimental New College at the University of Alabama.

Kate Michaud—
Kate Michaud is originally from Maine, otherwise known as The Most Glorious Place on Earth. She spent her Fall 2005 semester at The National Theater Institute at The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, and since has co-founded FullStop Collective with her NTI classmates. Kate attended The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute on a scholarship from her alma mater, Connecticut College. Favorite Conn. College productions includeUncle Vanya (Vanya), Private Eyes (Lisa), and co-directing and performing in Fetes de la Nuit by Charles Mee. Since moving to New York, a few notable performances have been The Snow White Project (Alliance Francaise, dir. Catherine Bay), Girl Words (FullStop Collective), Negative Space (FullStop Collective at The Looking Glass Theatre), and producing and acting in a week of 365 Days/365 Plays (FullStop Collective). Look for Kate in Zelig & Perez-Karam’s forthcoming feature film SubHysteria, ongoing webisodes with What If… Productions, andNoise this July at Manhattan Repertory Theatre.

Dan Mueller—
Dan Mueller, performed with noemarchdance from the very beginning. He is also Rehearsal Director of Freespace Dance and has been with the company for the last four years. He has worked with choreographers Maxine Steinman, Pat Graney, and Shapiro and Smith. Dan holds a BFA in Dance and is currently teaching throughout New Jersey.

Beth Pearson—
Elizabeth Pearson began performing in children's theater at the age of seven and has pursued her passions for acting and directing in her studies at Connecticut College and at the Sorbonne. She has been an active member of the theater community in the Boston area for the past ten years, having performed with several companies in a range of roles, from Shakespeare to traditional British pantomime to original works. She is currently focused on exploring the boundaries of physical performance, specifically in blurring the lines between theatrical physicality and modern dance.
